Mario Lopez will be making an appearance at the Westfield Montgomery Mall on Sunday, Nov. 20 in Bethesda to host a holiday concert to benefit the Children's National Hospital.
The “Saved by the Bell” star will be the special emcee at “Home for the Holidays Kick-Off Concert,” which will feature festive holiday tunes from The Littlemermen, scenes from the Nutcracker with the Maryland Youth Ballet, the Washington Nationals racing presidents are scheduled to make an appearance, and other special guest stars and performers.
Officials say that the event is free, but all funds donated and raised will directly benefit the Children’s National Hospital and will be matched up to $10,000.
Lopez will also be donating some of his time, with anyone RSVPing to the event eligible to win a special meet-and-greet with the “Access Hollywood" host.
"Please join me as we cheer to Westfield Montgomery in Bethesda kicking off the holiday season in full swing," Lopez said. "Get there early, hope to see you there."
The event kicks off at 11 a.m. on Sunday morning at 7101 Democracy Blvd in Bethesda. Those interested in RSVPing can do so here.
